About Hodgson

As part of the Toronto District School Board, we value:

  • each and every student;
  • a strong public education system;
  • a partnership of students, schools, family, and community;
  • the uniqueness and diversity of our students and our community;
  • the commitment and skills of our staff;
  • equity, innovation, accountability, and accessibility; and
  • learning environments that are safe, nurturing, positive, and respectful

Hodgson serves approximately 330 students in grades 7 and 8. Our program runs on a semi-rotary basis. Students have homeroom (core) for half a day and rotary for the rest of the day.  Hodgson is proud to offer programming in English and Extended French.

At Hodgson, we have an outstanding teaching staff who address and value the holistic needs of the adolescent learner. Our comprehensive academic program provides students with opportunities to display their true abilities in a safe and nurturing environment. Staff and community members support our extensive co-curricular programs in the areas of art, music, drama, and athletics. Our Grade 7 and 8 student population contributes to the community by supporting various cummunity outreach organizations.

If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact the school at 416-393-0390.

Sincerely,

N. Lucas
Principal
