Family Assembly - January 29th
Room 311, 315, 312, 317
The grade one students in Room 311 are learning about how to graph
information. The class was divided into groups and given pictures
of various vehicles which they had to sort and graph. Each group
came up with a different way to organize and graph their information.
In Room 315, Kheil decided on the materials that he would
need for his apartment building. He drew a plan first, and then
copied it using different textures on the right hand side of the
page.
Arceline remembered that her apartment building had decorations
in the windows during school holidays.
Nowazish carefully planned to copy his apartment building on the
right side of the page. He lives very close to Rose Avenue, so he
needed to copy parts of the school building as well.
Christian carefully planned to use sticks and felt to make his
apartment building. The sticks represent the balconies on his building.
