Learning and wonderful high school experiences occur outside the classroom, too! Extracurricular activities offer students a way to get more involved in school life, meet new friends, and gain valuable, varied experiences!
Our students love our wide variety of clubs, including science and technology, chess, drama and debating. Our student council also organizes a weekend leadership camp every November for grade 9 students interested in developing their leadership skills.
Our sports and teams demonstrate good sportsmanship and positive reinforcement; but we also love winning! From boys’ basketball to indoor and outdoor cricket and track and field, our athletes are outstanding. Our accomplishments include the 2005 West Regional championship in boys’ varsity hockey and 2004 West Regional championship in indoor cricket. In 2005, three students went to the Ontario championships in track and field, and in 2004 our junior boys’ basketball team won the West Regional championships.
